Responsibilities: • Generate new sales leads through cold calling, emailing, and other methods of outreach • Qualify leads and handle customer inquiries • Develop and maintain relationships with prospects and customers • Track sales activities and update customer records in a CRM system • Meet or exceed sales targets and goals set by management Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent • Proven track record of success in sales • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Ability to build relationships with customers and prospects Preferred Skills: • Previous experience in inside sales • Knowledge of sales techniques and processes • Ability to think strategically and identify opportunities to increase sales • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems
